Project Aurora is a bilingual teaching case concerning the establishment of a 50/50, full-function electric-vehicle joint venture in Hungary by a fictional Chinese battery group and a fictional Hungarian vehicle manufacturer. The repository combines a complete transaction-document suite with a simulated EU merger notification under the EU Merger Regulation.
