• Doc honesty for risk_map defaults: ImpactAnalyzer.get_risk_map Args docstring and CLAUDE.md coverage-mode bullet still said coverage_mode="unit" was the default after 0.15.0 switched runtime/CLI/schema to "line". Docs and a regression test now match the shipped signature.
