Initial attempt to create individual pages for the Bibliography entries.

1. The "main" Bibliography page is not (yet) modified to reference these.
2. This fails when hugo tries to render the html for the generated .md files.

The error from Hugo (it reports 4 then seems to hang):

It looks like hugo is correctly trying to process the file, but it hasn't gotten the .params.bibItem object correct.

I also tried capitalizing .Params in the shortcodes/bibItem.html file, but that gave a different error:

The "params": in the generated .md file is lowercase as that is how it is shown in the Hugo documentation for Front Matter.

This uncovered an additional error in update_bibliography.sh in that it doesn't delete children of items that Zotero has marked to delete. (Maybe Zotero should mark such children items for deletion as well?) There is one such entry at this point and this comment is a reminder to me to fix that as well.

I just remembered that @stumbo (our Hugo expert) is off-the-grid for some time. Is anyone else competent in Hugo to help figure this out?

Matt, Finally had time to sit down and run this. When I run it, it seems to render pages correctly. Here's what I'm seeing:

This is what I'm seeing, also. But, it isn't what I was hoping for.
The full list of everything on the left is really awkward. Especially as it appears to be in no particular order.
Maybe, as a start, the "main" Bibliography page can just show the years, maybe with the number of entries, even just like what's now on the left. Just "Year" groups of "Titles" as links.
We could expand later to having the left side menu give alternative organizations: e.g., chronological, Author?, category based on tags, etc.
Eventually, some sort of search on keyword?
