feat: adds in stub to push all gguf variants found in HF

Description

• Adds in wrapper workflow to matrix out the dmf model push workflow and enable development and testing of complete workflow
• Plan is to get this merged in, so that we can close out the work under WIP feat: adds in dmf cli install and usage to push model #16 by enabling all GGUF variant files to be found, and pushed in one go, reusing the push-to-dmf workflow multiple times.
