[DRAFT]: Frontend - Add Registration Form

Changes:

• - use package mantine;
• - add registration form;
• - research: add provider icons;
• - research: communicating with a backend;

Description:

The registration form branch is almost ready. The UI is complete, and the Redux store is set up. Placeholder icons for social login providers are included.

[Research]:

Currently, I am deciding how to handle backend requests for the provider icons (some providers in backend are not fully ready yet), and I have not yet implemented sending the registration data to the backend via the “Register” button.
