此文件实际上就是编译生成目录的 Plain Craft Launcher 2.exe.config ，在 .NET Framework 的早期版本中会自动生成。
由于此文件并不包含在最终产物中，实际上没有影响，反而在二次开发中可能造成困扰和误解（#5591），因此应直接删除。
