HeeksCNC is CAD/CAM software, currently just for 3-axis milling machine.

You can get HeeksCNC for Windows from http://sites.google.com/site/heekscad/

There is online user help there too.

HeeksCNC is built on top of HeeksCAD and uses libarea and opencamlib.
