- upgrades /controls/ into the primary Claim Firewall visual demonstration
- adds WORDING -> SCANNER -> CEILING console
- adds evidence ceiling gauge, blocked-term matrix, allowed/unsafe wording cards, promotion timeline, and outcome panel
- preserves website rendering / reviewer navigation only
- no proof promotion
- no runtime-active claim
- no signal-observed claim
- no public-safe runtime proof
- no production/SOCaaS/customer deployment claim
- no autonomous SOC
- no AI or analyst disposition authority
