Acceptance Criteria

  • Save address used to create contract;
  • API to retrieve all contracts created by an address;
  • Change token used to HTR (not EVC anymore);

@luislhl I added this so we can test locally, but I've opened the PR to add this secondary index to the production dynamodb table:
