  • The beta release of SW framework enables a Google internal hackathon to experiment with the latest version of the libraries across a group of engineers from Chrome, Polymer and other parties that are involved in the PWA space. The beta should reflect relative stability but may be subject to some further change based on feedback received for the release. Sufficient docs for a user to add our libraries (or use the CLI) will be available in this timeline.

  • At the team meetings we've discussed sharing a sketch of our plans for more modular libraries and a new set of API proposals for how to use the next version of whatever sw-precache and sw-toolbox become. Let's aim to nail down a sketch of this we agree on for feedback in time and try to get stability in place for existing libraries.
