That way it's possible to have a more safe display implementation that tries to not spill obvious secrets, like the password of a URL.

These changes make it a little easier to not spill obvious secrets when displaying URLs. This, however, doesn't address all other ways secrets could be spilled during parsing or when having URLs that have secrets or sensitive information in other places of the URL.
