- Add fetch-depth: 0 to get full git history for version detection
- Replace invalid 'files' param with 'extensions' and 'ignore'
- Exclude fsqd.c, test/, and benchmark/ (require external headers)
- Remove redundant clang-tidy install (handled by cpp-linter-action)
