civic-infrastructure-production-systems is a published Phase 5 public scaffold for public-safe Foundation-adjacent civic infrastructure production studies. It covers recycling automation line studies, 3D-print production workflows, recycled-material infrastructure parts, civic-node hardware context, school infrastructure systems, disaster-resilient production boundaries, throughput, QA, material flow, and safety assumptions.

Throughput, QA, and material-flow material must use invented values and qualitative classes. It must not include private measurements, donor data, student data, volunteer data, customer data, Foundation-private data, private facility layouts, exact dimensions, or live operations.
Hardware, CAD, dashboard, workflow, and data-logging references are category notes only. They must not contain production CAD, production schematics, BOMs, Gerbers, exact dimensions, credentials, private sites, or internal company product names.
