Application made especially for runners.
It allows to define warm up time (before interval cycles), cool down time (after training), rounds number and cycle times. Cycle consists of high effort interval time (work time) and lower effort interval (rest time), cycles are repeated exactly as many times as defined in rounds number.
After pressing start, you have 3 seconds to hide/place somewhere your device and start the training. You can skip an interval and end whole training, just by pressing on skip button or end button.
