valk wrote the core code, i just helped fix bugs
i looked over it a few times, i think it's good
@hydrostaticcog before you bitch at me for not testing this, there really is no way to test it except on prod

Enables email verification for Ferrischat. posting /v0/verify with an authorization header will send your user account's email a message with a link that can be clicked. clicking that link verifies your email.
