[Bug] Display issue: Authors in the Create Contribution modal sometimes get duplicated

What happened?

When creating contributions with multiple authors, the list of authors on the right side gets messed up very often, multiplying to display two or more copies of the actual author list.

To reproduce

1. Go to the Contributions tab
2. Start creating a new contribution (Add manually)
3. Add multiple authors to the currently selected contribution
4. The list on the right side gets messed up

As said in the title, this is only a display issue, the actual data that is pushed to the database is unaffected. It's still however pretty annoying since it can cause people not to fit into the allocated space even when there would normally be room for them.

this is like the first time I used this feature in more than a year lol
