Expense - Expense is submitted to self DM when destination changes from self DM to other user #56664

Reproducible in staging?: Yes

Action Performed:

Precondition:

  • Account has self DM.
  1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
  2. Open FAB > Create expense > Manual.
  3. Enter amount > Next.
  4. Select self DM (your own account).
  5. Click Destination.
  6. Select any other user.
  7. Click Create expense.

Expected Result:

The expense will be submitted to the user selected in Step 6.

Actual Result:

The expense is submitted to self DM instead.
