- Would break any path with a cache queryString

- All workers are long-lived. Short-lived overhead wasn’t worth it. - Updated workers accordingly: - Receives id: and args: - Returns id: and resolve: or reject:

Namely, setting it to `false` won’t send the header at all.

- Reject promise on catch

So that the callback isn’t using a memoized job ID

Now that `usePolyfill` can be forced

Reject in `onerror`

Only reject w/ `timeout` when it’s a timed out request, that way we can tell the different between an error and a timed out request
