Hey there @ThomasHermann 👋. Could you please raise an issue in the upstream origin repo https://github.com/dmarc3/vscode-nastran about the authors actually publishing the extension? From their end, it should be a fairly straight-forward process, if they intend to update the extension only occasionally.
