I want to make jasonnutter.vscode-codeowners available in the OpenVSX store.

Please note that I'm not the maintainer of this extensions, I'm following this Guide to contribute as a user.

Although this extension appears to be inactive, it still functions in Visual Studio Code for our specific use case.
