Support for MacOS

Outline

Minor update to allow building from source on Mac. The following steps will allow this:

# Install required dependencies
./scripts/install_dependencies.sh

# Build PosturePerfection
./scripts/build.sh

# Run PosturePerfection
./PosturePerfection
