Removes concept of collection.EodashIdentifier and replaces existing values of "Name" with the original EodashIdentifier keeping them unique.
Part of overall work to remove this superfluous config, which deviates the RACE/eodashboard catalogs from the rest.
Has to wait for eodash_catalog, eodash and RACE-client releases
