Releasing v0.1.1

This release introduces flexibility in specifying different bases - e.g. fock, charge, phase - for various quantum devices. This is especially useful and necessary when dealing with devices that require using a compact/period phase, such as the transmon, or a non-compact phase, such as the fluxonium [1].
