@Dun-sin sorry for the late update. Been busy with moving around. It seemed like the issue was I was making the PR from the main branch of the forked project. I created a different branch and am submitting a PR with that branch. Let me know if that works.

EDIT: ok not sure if that was the issue. I updated the PR title to fit standard and that resolved the Compliance check at least
