Description
Adds a new configuration to execute before build hooks as shell scripts giving the option to execute pre-requisits of builc compilation
Task Context
What is the current behavior?
Plugin just execute plain compilation and pre-requisits should be completed outside serverless commands
What is the new behavior?
Now pre-requisits can be executed as part of the serverless build
