What is this PR about?

visual refresh of the dashboard. only ui/css changes, no functionality or api changes.

  • updated design tokens (colors, spacing, typography)
  • restyled shadcn/ui components (button, input, card, dialog, table, etc.)
  • cleaned up page layouts, removed nested card wrappers, consistent headers
  • sticky breadcrumb headers across all pages
  • new colorpicker component for tag creation
  • collapsible filter panel on logs and audit logs pages
  • notification bell moved from sidebar to header
  • subtler focus states (border instead of ring)
  • rounder modals, cleaner overlays
