Windows 64-bit Binary Release

This should run portably on 64-bit Windows systems. Please let me know if you have problems.

Currently, most character data (experience, battle points, library/levelup bonus allocation, etc.), time, money, and total battles can be edited.

To use, either place your chosen save folder in the editor's folder (make sure it's named 'save1' for now), then copy the edited version back over your original save, or place the editor in your "save" folder and run it there to edit the first slot save.

Please remember to back up your saves. Use at your own risk.
