Changes

• fixed the inbox organizer so it can auto-rescan remaining inbox items within the same run instead of requiring repeated manual clicks
• reduced update-time restart races by unloading the old LaunchAgent before quitting for update
• changed the installer LaunchAgent to avoid restarting on normal exit
• clarified the Full Disk Access guidance text to match the new flow
