PRAMAAN (PRAMAAN Desktop) is a professional, production-ready Windows desktop application built for digital forensics, file integrity verification, and duplicate detection. It acts as a highly optimized presentation layer over the zero-dependency PRAMAAN CLI engine, ensuring that crucial evidence preservation processes like hashing, scanning, exporting, and verification are handled with strict reliability and zero compromise.
Designed specifically for Investigating Officers (IO), Police, Government officials, and Corporate investigators, PRAMAAN provides a strict, tamper-evident workflow from initial evidence ingestion to final verification reporting.
- Multi-Algorithm Hashing: Supports MD5, SHA1, SHA256, SHA512, and BLAKE2 for comprehensive forensic coverage.
- Forensic Verification: Strict manifest-based verification to guarantee chain of custody.
- Duplicate Detection: High-performance, exact-match duplicate detection using cryptographic digests.
- Extensive Exports: Export reports to CSV, JSON, HTML, TXT, and cryptographic Manifests.
- Zero Telemetry: Fully offline operation with no cloud upload or user tracking, ensuring absolute privacy.
- High-Performance Scanning: Optimized memory and threading model capable of scanning millions of files efficiently.
