I am making a bit clearer how to install AQUA via pypi, since we are still having an old documentation. I also included
netcdf4in the env for pypi with a push on the main, and tested it https://github.com/DestinE-Climate-DT/AQUA/actions/runs/22673451133/job/65723471484Tests failed but it seems a glitch in polytope, most importantly no longer hdf5 errors
