Add HighResMIP grids config

As we want to use HighResMIP data, we need the config grids entries from the generated grids.

#2627 already introduced atmospheric grids in files lilke mohc.yaml, mpi.yaml etc (all small caps). It would make sense to place these grids in the same files. Notice that this PR introduces similar files but capitalized and we should avoid this confusion. Also: the grid names often do not suggest that they are oceanic. In mpi.yaml for example we have the atmospheric grid mpi-esm1-2-xr-atm (which ends in atm), while MPI.yaml has mpi-esm1-2d: I would call it mpi-esm1-2d-oce

#2627 introduced 9 grids, here not all those models are represented and there is one more (AWI). Should they be homogenized?

The PR has to be homogeneized as suggested but to do this we want also to actively test the sources and manually check the everything is fine in the regrid. For this reason at the moment there is no dedicated time and the PR is momentaneously frozen. We'll be back to this when ocean will be needed or we will have extra time
