Some HDMA or DMA effects not affected by line uprezzing #20

Last issue I can think to post. Some effects using HDMA and/or DMA don't uprez at all when uprezzing lines.

Trials of Mana (5x scale):

Super Mario RPG (5x scale):

If it is not some bitmap/texture related technique it may be layer windowing (see #18).
If it does not change along with that issue some deeper analysis will be required. (so it should stay in it's own issue)
