Pull Request #124 changed the layout of the codebase considerably and added several new files. A list of changes made is attached to the PR, but README files were not updated alongside. These README files need to be updated.

README's that need to be updated can be found:

  • In the top level of the codebase
  • In /workflow
  • In /workflow/notebooks

I don't think any new README's need to be added with the new layout, but it's worth double-checking.
