Go back to absolute Wiki Links

The wiki links just make the most sense to be absolute, as most users who fork will fork the wiki.
So the best thing to do is probably to leave absolute links to the wiki.
The relative links provided by Keyaku don't actually work since a GitHub wiki is used, not a code folder.
There is some consideration here, though.
