What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
page was rendering irregularly. sometimes sections would not show up, sometimes the right nav would be positioned in the left nav. I'm pretty sure this is due to a stray
</div>tag, but I also standardized some other bits of formatting just in caseMerge instructions
