Summary

  • Corrects stale current-state text in phase/SUMMARY.md that still described P138 as open.
  • Reports no active phase, v10.55 as the current repository release, and v10.53/P145 as the latest phase-backed release.
  • Replaces obsolete P138 pre-release rollback guidance with current containment guidance.
  • Keeps all 19 runtime Rule bodies and runtime owner versions byte-identical to v10.54.
  • No new phase child or patch artifact was needed for this bounded active-entrypoint correction.

Verification

  • git diff --check passed.
  • Stale P138-open current-focus, task-owner, and rollback wording is absent from active phase/SUMMARY.md.
  • README, TODO, master changelog, phase summary, and v10.55 release shard align.
  • The 19 active runtime Rules have no diff from tag v10.54.
  • Canonical and installed runtime parity remains 19/19.
