Summary

  • add a source-first scope guard to the RULES project CLAUDE.md
  • make the maintainer workflow explicitly start from the checked source repo and treat /home/node/.claude/rules as a downstream install target
  • sync README, TODO, phase, patch, and changelog release surfaces to the v10.53 / P145 baseline
