The following are accomplished within this PR:

  • Specify building costs for reinforced walls (2 non-economic building materials, 1 metal bar)
  • Specify building costs for bolt throwers (1 bolt thrower part, 1 bin, 1 chain, 1 mechanism)
  • Respect interface to change facing/resting_orientation of siege engines

reinforced walls are treated are regular walls in building planner building planner may not work correctly for catapults or ballistas
