What

Fixes lints; no new added lints from Rust 1.91, 1.92, 1.93.

FYI cargo clippy --future-incompat-report reveals that we'll need to update arti-client soon due to it using an older version num-bigint-dig.

AFAICT Docker build failed due to OOM.
