Metatable copying can still be done manually and can be retrieved from the original table that is stored in the `__original` field.

Rewrites the addon API documentation so that
API functions are no-longer in tables and have proper
function signatures, type annotations, and descriptors.
Also slightly modified the undocumented behaviour of
fb.copy_table.
