Add function action

Just a strange action logic that I forgot.

Additions

• Added ActionEval interface that decides if the execution should continue.
• function: <id> [args...] action to execute menu functions, if the function return a valid boolean the action execution can be stoped if it's false.

Changes

• Now break action is compatible with delayed executions.
