As a production member,
I want all deepvariant reports generated from a Raredisease case to be stored in the case bundle in housekeeper,
So that if we or our customers have suspicions of contaminations they are available at all times instead of being removed with the analysis folder cleanup.

Answer the following questions:

• Is there currently a workaround for this issue? If so, what is it?
  • Rerun the case to generate the reports again
• How much time would be saved by implementing this feature on a weekly basis?
  • When suspicion arises and the folder is remoed, about a workday.
• How many users are affected by this issue?
  • Production members, lab and bioinfo, as this concerns ongoing deviations in production.
• Are customers affected by this issue?
  • Yes, since we have to regenerate these reports our response is delayed.

Acceptance Criteria

• The deepvariant.html file(s) generated in Raredisease are added to the case bundle.
  • Since the report is generated per sample, add sample tag and deepvariant report tag for easy extraction through housekeeper cli.
