I was recently trying to get an s390 build built with LLVM=1 and was running into issues. I then stumbled upon ClangBuiltLinux/linux#1524 which cleared things up. I think we should note to future travelers that although s390 is in the category of:
"The following architectures are targetable from both LLVM and the Linux kernel and are relatively well supported and tested:"
It isn't exactly buildable with
LLVM=1. Let's add a note (using GitHub's really cool md NOTE syntax)Note
