  • Updated cxg_annotate_graph_v2.py to process the folder with all datasets
  • Tested with 30 datasets - results are shown in /cellsem-agent/cellsem_agent/graphs/cxg_annotate/resources/output
  • a report is generated summarising improved granularity across all datasets
