Description
Describe the CHANGES, the REASONING, and BENEFITS of this PR.
CHANGES: Restarted robobuggy2 software, in order to make sure that it works and cleaning out all old robobuggy-software mentions
REASONING: Software stack became unnecessarily bloated, to remove that, we had to make these changes in order for everything to work
BENEFITS: The entire system is more secure, and changes that are being made are now helpful
