Description
Describe the CHANGES, the REASONING, and BENEFITS of this PR.
CHANGES: Added the camera module and updated the ros package for the microstrain driver
REASONING: Wanted to start recording data from the camera, and also was forced to update driver thanks to docker reimaging
BENEFITS: Better named functions, can actually start computer vision
