Update LLVM version from 15 to 18 in build script

This is alpha phase release version 0.0.2.
Tag v0.0.2 is checkout-ed from main branch.

Planed branch re-organization is under conducting, master branch will be dropped
and main branch will be adapted as stable pre-release branch.

All alpha release tags should be created from main.

v0.0.1-alpha

This is the first alpha phase release version 0.0.1.
Tag v0.0.1 is checkout-ed from master branch.

In future, master branch will be dropped and main branch
will be adapted as stable pre-release branch. All release tags
should be created from main.
