Splash is a mod of whiskers, and is targeted to be a fully completed rewrite of the scratch 2.0 editor from squeak. Thanks to No-Mod-Programming for the original build, whiskers, for now i will be rewriting most of the code to make a more completed, and accurite version. Credits go to him and me.

- Fix custom blocks
- Change the whiskers logo to be splash
- Update mascot to be a fish
- Add a paint editor
