The year is 20XX. Key inventors on Earth develop the definitive solution to space travel, thrusting the Earth into an extreme universal expansion. The Earth Governing Body struggles to keep up with the monitoring and enforcement throughout the known universe, and partners with intergalactic governments in an effort to protect themselves and others. Together they form the C.I.T (Coalition of Intergalactic Travel) and seek to put all lawbreakers, universal or not, in their rightful place. However some planets choose to remain outside this Coalition.

Space has become a breeding ground for discovery. Any average civilian can bound lightyear to lightyear looking for the next big breakthrough. Alas, no discovery compared to the (literal) crowning jewel of universal expansion. Outocite. A crystal that could be used to hide from anyone or anything. And like the properties it possess, it remained hidden from the C.I.T. and the public. Those who discovered it turned into rebels who hope to overthrow the Galactic Government. The C.I.T in response created a deep cover group known as Project Ghost, a group meant to crush the rebels and to keep the public unaware of the war slowly brewing in the stars.
