Visual hand command

this is basic code for making personal assistance focus on using video capture to make hand gesture detection that made using python 3.7

how to set up

1. install python 3.7
2. use pip install all module that provided in the requirement.txt
3. make sure to have videocapture avaliable on your device
4. run main.py when you wanted to use
